Recording Consent

Starting a session means you consent to audio capture, transcription, and analysis for feedback.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, and educational material on Elqo are owned by Elqo and its creators. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without permission.

User Content and License

You own your recordings, transcripts, and other content. You give Elqo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your content to provide the service. You also allow us to use de-identified and aggregated data to improve features, quality, and safety. You must have rights to the content you upload. You can delete recordings at any time.

Feedback

Any feedback or suggestions you submit may be used to improve Elqo. We are not obligated to compensate you for feedback or implement suggestions.

3rd Party Services

Elqo uses third-party providers to process and analyze audio and run the app. Your use of Elqo means those services may handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

No Professional Advice

Limitation of Liability

Elqo is not responsible for:
