You choose when to record. Starting a session is your consent for us to capture and process audio and create a transcript. You can stop recording at any time.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Voice recordings are processed in real-time and stored in secure cloud storage. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Recordings and transcripts are stored for the duration of your account unless you request deletion.

Data Retention

We keep your recordings, transcripts, and derived statistics while your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to delete items, we remove them from our systems and instruct our providers to do the same, subject to backup and legal limits.

3rd Party Processing

To provide AI-powered feedback, we use third-party services to process your recordings in real time. These providers do not permanently store your recordings and comply with strict data security standards. These providers may process data in Australia and overseas, including the United States, the European Union, and Singapore. We require them to protect your information and use it only to deliver services to us. Some vendors may retain limited logs for security and operations.
