## About

Elqo is an enterprise learning and development (L&D) platform that turns the static training content you already have into interactive learning with per-learner comprehension data. L&D leaders upload the courses, slides, PDFs, and documents they already use. Elqo's AI breaks that content into digestible pieces and inserts contextual prompts throughout the training. Learners answer as they go by spoken voice, multiple choice, or written text, so passive watching becomes active engagement. Managers receive per-learner comprehension scores, gap identification, and a recommended next step for every person and cohort, instead of meaningless completion checkboxes. ## What Elqo Does (Enterprise)

- Interactive training: upload existing video courses, slides, PDFs, and documents. Elqo's AI converts them into interactive learning without a rebuild or a new authoring project. Learners respond to contextual prompts by voice, multiple choice, or writing.
- Comprehension data and analytics: per-learner comprehension scores, identified strengths and knowledge gaps, and a recommended next step for each learner. Comprehension is scored against the source material, so a learner cannot mark a module complete by skipping through it.
- Cohort and topic analytics: per-cohort comprehension averages, gap areas by topic, and comprehension heatmaps by module. All data is exportable.
- LMS integration: works as a layer on top of your existing content and LMS via SCORM and xAPI, so compliance modules stay where they live, or runs as a standalone platform where content is delivered and measured entirely inside Elqo.
